The rooms at Fig Tree House Budapest are cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. I loved the homely vibe and the fact that the rooms are equipped with everything I needed, like a mini-fridge and a desk. As a low-budget traveller, this was perfect for me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the coffee shop/café at the bed & breakfast. It just didn't match my taste.

This hotel is a modern oasis just outside the city center. The whole building is beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. The rooms are clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. One of the highlights is the cozy garden where you can enjoy your breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it is simple but always prepared with fresh products.
Breakfast could use a bit of variation.

The hotel was quite cozy and homey, with a lovely breakfast offered every morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the hotel offered a great view of the city from its windows and had a peaceful garden area to relax in.
There were a few negatives to our stay. We had trouble with the heating in our room, and it was quite chilly during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and treated us as individuals. Upon arrival, they provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and transportation. This hotel is well located close to public transport, including the Ferenc Puskas stadium and Laszlo Papp Arena. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with soundproof windows that kept the noise from the busy streets outside to a minimum. The breakfast was simple but more than enough and the price to quality ratio was excellent.
It was all superb.

Stayed at a charming hotel with a perfect location and attention to details. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The internal garden added to the charm. The friendly and helpful receptionist made us feel like valued customers. The breakfast had a good selection and was well set up. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time in Budapest. The English-speaking staff were a plus. a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with added amenities that made our stay even better.
Can't fault the property in any way! 👍

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the internet quality was excellent. The breakfast had tasty options, including fresh fruits and pastries. Another advantage was the proximity to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
The view from our room was not great and the noise from the nearby highway was bothersome. the area surrounding the hotel appeared rundown and was not pleasant to walk through.

I had an exceptional stay at Fig Tree House in Budapest. The room was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised by the soundproofing, as I couldn't hear any traffic noise. The garden with a patio was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. The proximity to the metro station made it convenient to reach the city center within just 15 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely visit again.
